Mark Zanetic

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mark is the Principal and Managing Director of Saint Project Management. Mark has 20-years’ experience in senior roles at Mirvac, Sekisui House and Metro Property. His strengths are providing project leadership, identifying risks and opportunities on complex projects, while ensuring that all stakeholders share the same project goals. Mark brings to Saint extensive construction, planning and programming experience across multiple industry sectors, including high end apartments, commercial, retail and land subdivisions.
His past project experience includes Harold Park, The Hermitage Catherine Fields, Hoxton Industrial Park and Newington the Olympic Village.
Meet Alex
Alex Ngyuen
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Alex is the Senior Project Manager at Saint Project Management. Alex has over 25 years’ Experience. Alex has delivered outstanding performance on a number of larger scale projects (residential and commercial) as well luxury boutique projects and has demonstrated ability to successfully meet all the challenges involved in managing the most complex project delivery processes.
His communication skills, integrity and approachability help to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all project stakeholders, from his project team and subcontractors to the Client, Principal, facility users, and statutory authorities. Alex’s strengths include the ability to not only lead, motivate, inspire, and drive teams, but to also add value to all facets of the projects. As such he provides valuable input and direction for the projects’ methodology, (sub-)contract management activities, program optimization, cost control, and the management of technical issues, safety, quality, and environment.
His past and current experience includes Telopea Renewal Project, Sydney Desalination Plant, Jackson’s Landing Distillery Hill, Edgewood Development at Cabrita and Newington the Olympic Village.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Tim is Senior Project Manager and Development Manager at Saint Project Management with over 15 years’ experience in property and construction, including roles at Lendlease, Mirvac and Scentre Group.
Tim is a commercially and strategically minded project leader, who takes pride in building strong constructive relationships with project stakeholders, which alongside his experiences gained in both Client side and Developer management roles. This experience allows Tim to identify and implement best practices to ensure exceptional project outcomes.
He has taken many projects from inception to completion and is skilled in development management, project management , contracts administration and project superintendency.
Tim brings to Saint multi sector experience including, retail, hospitality, commercial fit out, capital works programs and residential.
His past projects experience includes, Sydney Place (Salesforce Tower), Darling Square, Tramsheds, 275 Kent Street redevelopment, Macquarie Shopping Centre and Sydney Airport International food court.
